Learning new skills and tasks is difficult. As you dig in, and put yourself to the test mentally and physically, you’ll realize something…
You’ll realize that through all of your hard work, by listening to your instructors, and showing up for yourself - you are incredibly capable of smashing your goals. This sense of achievement gives our students HUGE boosts in confidence.
As you learn striking, self-defense moves, or even learn how to do a push up for the first time you’ll proudly pat yourself on the back and feel great about the person you’re becoming. We love to see this trait develop in our students.
Martial Arts is so much fun! You’ll learn all sorts of new skills and techniques like striking drills, defensive moves, and even super secret functional cardio drills. But... when you learn a new skill, you have to concentrate hard on listening to the instructor, then perform what they taught you.
The neat thing is this intense concentration naturally pours into all other areas of your life as you develop laser like focus. It’s one of the most amazing side effects of martial arts — many call it getting in the zone, unlocking your untapped potential, or peak performance.

Our classes are a blast and based on functional fitness. We use positive reinforcement and high fives instead of military style yelling and endless hours on a treadmill.
This means that each of our classes is loaded with challenging, fun exercises designed to enhance your self-defense skills. Dynamic striking, high intensity intervals of cardio training, and movements that mimic how the human body should move are our focus.
Don’t worry if you feel as though you won’t be able to keep up. We work with all levels from total beginner to pro athlete. And you know what...they all sweat the same at the end of our workouts!

Our Morganville Krav Maga classes are developed from the mid-1930s Jewish / Israeli history. In those years, anti-Semitic thugs dominated Bratislava and terrorized Jewish citizens. But a man named Imi Sde-Or, also Jewish, became their champion by defending them on the streets.
Imi Sde-Or, in his many street fights, realized that boxing and wrestling had no place in the "real world". He was an Olympic contender in both, so no one knew boxing and wrestling better than he did. He took his experience on the street, combined it with what he already knew, and developed Krav Maga; a unique type of self-defense that utilizes natural instincts for self-protection.
